Hi! My name is Amy Waggoner.

My husband, Robert, and I own and operate Better Letter Printing. We have been married since 1996 and have been Lebanon residents since that time, with me living here for a while prior to that. I am originally from Gordonsville.

As I mentioned on the first page of my website I have been involved in printing in some form since high school. My first printing related employment was at the Carthage Courier and then I came to Better Letter in 1991 and purchased the business in 1994. I pride myself on making sure that your business related printing looks professional but I really enjoy working with customers on items such as invitations, business cards, brochures, and flyers and hearing them say “That really looks great!”.

My main hobbies are photography, cooking, and making pottery. The photography frequently compliments the printing business as I often do my own photography for customer's printing jobs. Even if I don't do the actual photography it gives me a lot of valuable experience in meshing the photography with the printing. As for cooking, I love to see a new recipe on TV or elsewhere and grab the ingredients and see if I can make it taste as good as Paula Deen makes it sound like it does. My pottery is more of a get-away type hobby and lets me cover up the ink on my hands with mud at least once a week.

As was mentioned Amy and I have been married since 1996 and I have been more actively involved with Better Letter Printing for the last couple of years. Prior to that I was a real estate agent. I don't like ink on my hands like Amy does but I do enjoy the creative side of the business such as creating a printing piece that far exceeds what the customer was expecting or trying to solve a printing need that they have in the best and most cost effective manner. And, in printing, I don't have to worry about termites.

My primary hobby is flying radio control airplanes. I am a member and officer in a club that flies in the Bledsoe Fort Historical Park in Castalian Springs. I also enjoy computer related things and have dabbled in metal detecting.

So, that is a little about us. We look forward to getting to meet you.
