Who is Better Letter Printing?

Better Letter Printing has been in business since 1988. BLP was originally located around the Square in Lebanon, later at Classic Place, the strip mall across from Walmart (which the tornado destroyed). We moved from that location a little over 20 years ago. We do not maintain a retail storefront.

Why do we not have a retail storefront?

​

We find that most people do not care where their printing is done and would prefer to interact with us by phone, e-mail, internet and occasionally face to face if needed. Deliveries are made either in person or sometimes shipped depending on customer location. By not operating a retail storefront we have lower overhead, more time to focus on our customers jobs, and our customers don’t have to spend their time traveling to our location or conform their schedules to our business hours.

Who are we?

Better Letter Printing is owned by Robert & Amy Waggoner. Amy has been in the design and printing business since high school and has owned BLP since 1994. Robert has a business background with a undergraduate BS in business and an MBA. We were married in 1996. Robert’s hobbies are fishing, RC airplanes, and wasting time on the internet. Amy’s hobbies are cooking, sewing, pottery and wasting time on the internet. We also are involved with church work, spending time with our family especially our great-nephews, and traveling when we can.

What type printing do you do?

​

We do focus on business printing but we also do a lot of printing for individuals. As you see on our website we offer a wide variety of printing, primarily something that can be put on paper, but we also do websites, banners, signs, etc. If you have a need you don’t see on our website ask us, we’ll look at it and let you know if we can do it or not.

What type printing do you not do?

​

We are not well set up for short run, quick turnaround (overnight) type printing.

Also we don’t sell promotional items such as pens, caps, mugs, etc.
