Menus are said to have originated in China over a thousand years ago. Menus can range from one page, either single or double-sided, flyer type menus for take-out, to folded brochure type menus, to your standard fold-open type menu.

Paper stock can be thick or thin, glossy or matte, and menus come in a variety of sizes.
